Wayne recently helped us on a home inspection. He was incredibly thorough, pleasant to work with, and a very clear communicator. I'm new to the home buying/inspection process so the guidance and clarity was greatly appreciate. The following inspection report was also thorough and clear. Wayne was thorough during his inspection and kept us informed throughout the process. I recently engaged Wayne at Pro-Tech Home Inspection for (you guessed it...) a home inspection. Wayne was very thorough, very methodical and very professional. As he went through the building, I asked various questions and he took time to explain some more technical aspects of the electric system, the roof surface etc., which was helpful for me.
