Excellent company and quality of install. We had 2 dormers installed, skylight, plus a metal roof for a new porch (through Fresh Start). The metal roof looks great and we are glad we went with it. months post install, we thought we had a leak at the flashing, Ranch roofing came right out and did a water test, ended up that the roof was perfect and was a separate issue non roof related. I needed a section of my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel Install. The project was time sensitive to take advantage of the federal tax credits which expire in 2026. Ranch Roofing exceeded expectations. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The entire Ranch team was fantastic. they provided a detailed, transparent estimate and walked me through all my options without any pressure. They were incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions and kept me informed throughout the project.

This was a great experience working with Ranch roofing. Don took his time to walk me through the product, steps involved and also worked with the insulation company to seamlessly coordinate both roof replacement and insulation job. There was never any hard sales push. Ryan, the project lead,and his crew were punctual, efficient. Ryan kept me up to speed on all developments. Ranch Roofing did my roof back around 2018. I’ve been delighted with their work. This year (2025) I decided to get solar panels and asked them to take a look to see if I needed repairs before installation. They found one little hole in my rubber roof where a raccoon nibbled on it and fixed it for no charge. These guys are professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They will unquestionably have my business whenever I need a new roof in the future!

Ranch Roofing really stands by their work! They did our roof install almost 18 years ago, and when we had a leak just this year, they promptly came out to inspect and fix it. They even fixed a piece of flashing that came off in the storm, which technically is not part of the roof at all. I really appreciated their good communication, giving me frequent updates on the status of the work. They also made sure to get the work done before the next rain came through so we didn't have to risk more damage. I'm sure they had a lot of other clients in need after this storm, so it really was impressive how quickly and easily they were able to help. We'd definitely hire them again for any work we might need.
