From the moment we called the office for a quote, Jenn was so professional. Dave came out within a couple of days to spec it out and give us a quote. We gave his the job on the spot. His knowledge and professionalism was evident right away. The install went smoothly. Tyler, Paul and the rest of the team were prompt, professional and neat. Once the install was complete, they took the time (and patience) to walk us through the system and how it worked. Would 100% recommend Pro Tech to anyone looking for a sprinkler system.

This is my third year dealing with this company and I could not be happier. John, the Tech that comes out has been very easy to deal with and has a vast knowledge of irrigation. He recommends ways to make your system last without breaking the bank. This guy shows up no matter what and arrives with a positive attitude and ready to work, and that’s a quality that we all know is fading in this world. Whether for our sprinkler system or outdoor lighting needs, ProTech always has us covered. They are very knowledgable & efficient and go above and beyond to meet our needs. We’ve used them to install & maintain through a couple of moves. They are excellent and easy to work with.

The Protech service person offered to give us a repair estimate when he couldn’t fix our sprinklers in the first visit. I followed up two days later and 4 days later, then Protech scheduled an appointment with a two week wait. On the day of the appointment, they were a no show. I called that morning to see what happened and then they recommended waiting until next year.

Our sprinkler system has been a problem for years. This is partly by our own doing and partly by fly by night companies. Called Pro Tech and they sent a young man. He did ok but didn't have the parts needed to fix our problem. A second call was required and it was determined that Dave should come a check things out. I was only charged for one service call BTW. Dave checked things out and said I needed a booster pump. Another service call was planned. He showed up on time and did a great job of installing the pump and changing some plumbing. The price was extremely reasonable especially when you consider the time involved. We are customers for life. Thank you so much Pro Tech. Great job. BTW we are still waiting for another company to return our call for an appointment. It's weeks now..
