I’ll start off by saying I have had no issues with service at my current house and my old house. The issues I have had are related to customer service with this office. I setup for lawn services and the aeration. Paid upfront for the lawn service and was going to do budget billing for aeration. I was double charged for $600. I had been dealing with Chris and let him know I was double charged. He said he would get me a refund as there was a glitch. No big deal, but almost two weeks later I had no refund. I email Chris, no response. I emailed him again with no response. Call the office was given to the voicemail and eventually got a call from corporate. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with no resolution. I was having account issues where it was still my old address and nobody seemed to get e

I just felt the need to share my experience in shopping for a lawn care service company. Our friends highly recommended Pro Turf Lawn, so I contacted them for a quote, dealing with Justin B., who was very professional and listened, but more importantly was willing to work with me, the new customer to reach a mutual win-win situation! This resulted with them signing up a new customer and me being satisfied with the customer service and relationship being started, with a reasonably priced service agreement, and plan. With me as a new customer, not feeling that I was being forced fed or given a … take it or leave it proposals. Which is what I was getting from another company that was recommended to me. That did not feel good or feel like I was being valued.

I am beyond disappointed with this company’s professionalism and service. Deonna came to my home and showed me a photo book of their work, which looked great. Based on that, I agreed to have a candy cane–style tree (red and white alternating all the way up and down) and lights only on the very front of my house. I was quoted $400 for the smallest tree in my front yard. I was then charged $500, and the work was absolutely terrible. The tree was not wrapped correctly at all—it looked like someone randomly threw lights on it. It was sloppy, uneven, and extremely unprofessional. Nothing like what was shown to me or what I was promised. I called 5–6 times and spoke with the manager, who assured me multiple times that he would come out before Christmas to fix it. I used this company for nearly 3 years for lawn service and about a year for pest control. Last year, I paid my 2025 lawn plan in full and moved to a different company for the start of 2026. Somehow, a tech still showed up at my house today and treated my lawn without my permission, and now they’re trying to charge me for it. I never signed anything agreeing to automatic renewal, and I never got a phone call, text, or email ahead of time. The only notice I got was when the tech was already on the way, and by then I was unavailable. That’s a really shady way to do business. This company did it to me once with the pest control, and once again with the lawn care. You shouldn’t be able to just show up, do work no one approved, and then send a bill.
