WARNING, Watch out for this company. They sold us a bid with a "maximum price" then ending up charging almost double. We are talking about thousands of dollars. They demanded a credit card before working so we did not find out what they actually charged till the bill arrived from the card company. I got more details about their operation though. And it's pretty insane. They don't charge you once they arrive at the site, they charge you once the truck leaves the shop and stop charging only after it returns to the shop. In addition, there are separate crews for each truck (cleaning and CCTV). Two Trucks and Two Crews. However both wait around while the other one works. I called and told them what I needed and asked them to give me a quote. We agreed on a price and was told to call after I was done to pay. The bid price was there minimum charge was $599.00 at the time. I actually only used them for 1 hour but the minimum charge still applies. Call back to settle up the price had went from 599 to $1,200.00. I told them I would only pay what I was quoted. They ended up suing me for 1800.00. I told hem I was a single father and didn't have that much money and I wasn't supposed to be charged that much and they could care less I don't have the money to go to court and fight it so I had to use part of my tax return to pay it. Absolutely sickened on the way that they drive. I was just road raged in the small little town I drive through every day. The driver of the truck was swerving back and forth erratically as an attempt to not let me pass. And then on top of that proceeded on slamming the brakes on several times trying to make me rear end. I have three children in the car. The youngest being 19 months old. Absolutely unacceptable from a big company. Especially when you're out of state

This company will run their machines which are so loud they can cause hearing damage to you within your apartment at 7am or earlier. They have been outside my house for nearly 2 weeks running that horrible machine. They will run it for hours and there is no where to escape from the noise. Even ear plugs aren't enough to block out the sound. I did not have noticeable hearing loss until after these last 2 weeks. Now my ears ring constantly whether they're here or not.
