Pro Woodcare

Unlike prior years, I am not satisfied with the quality of the recently completed deck re-staining. Not only were your workers not going to sand areas that clearly needed to be sanded (until we called to inform the supervisor) the quality of the end result is certainly less than what I was expecting. As evidenced by the attached photos, the staining is uneven at best. Some areas appear as though they were missed altogether. Based on my most recent experience, I will not be using or recommending your company in the future.

Tom at Pro WoodCare is awesome! This company is very efficient and does a great job. Everyone is very friendly. This is a great company to do business with. I had a privacy wall power washed and re stained. It is beautiful.

We had an excellent experience with the team at Pro Woodcare. Our deck required more than the usual on terms of removal of old finishes and the team did a great job of restoring it. Tom was very good with communication. We will be using Pro Woodcare in the future again as we have great confidence in their process , capabilities, and communication.

Very disappointed with Tim(president) and Steve(foreman). I contacted several companies to restore my log home and ultimately chose ProWood Care. I specifically wanted corn-cob media because our property has a 30-acre lake that has fish and we use it to water our organic crops. We also have well water and a septic. I made it very clear many times and in our contract to use corn cob only (not glass) before our project started. My husband came home to find that glass media was used. Steve was notified and he said his boss would call us. Tim never called. We made our complaints known many times and no one responded. Our gutters were damaged. Our doors and windows were not taped off, my husband had to demand it be done. No one cared. Glass was everywhere inside our house, in our neighbors

We had a very good experience between sales and the workers that power washed and stained our deck. They were very careful working around our newly renovated landscaping and plantings. I highly recommend using Pro WoodCare for your deck staining needs.
