⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Dany who did the deep cleaning of my air ducts and dryer duct. He was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain every step of the process from the beginning. He offered us the best price and was very transparent about the work being done. The ducts were left extremely clean, and he even provided before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he explained how to properly maintain our ducts to keep them clean in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a previous duct cleaning scheduled with another vendor. Without proper communication, they cancelled the morning of. I searched for duct cleaning and Pro Clean had the highest rating. I spoke to their admin and scheduled an appt for 2 days later. Danny came out to the house, provided detailed information about the cleaning and about mold and how to mitigate. This was my first time using PROCLEAN after receiving a flyer in the mail, and I’m so glad I did! I was in need of air duct cleaning and had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. Danny, the technician, truly went above and beyond. He was kind, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. Fast scheduling. They came a day after I called. Danny and Alvin came out, did a wonderful very professional job. Kept the worksite clean, vacuumed as they went with the job. They recommended the deep cleaning service, which I hesitated at first. But it’s totally worthy it after I saw how much dust has accumulated over the years. We haven’t done any air duct cleaning for over 10 years, so it was money worth spent. They also cleaned out my dryer vent duct, and trust me, it was pretty bad so I’m glad I did it. Discovered I had “mold” after taking ceiling registers down to clean. Called ProClean and they sent Jose and Elvin the next day. I was hoping to just need to have the ducts cleaned, but upon further inspection Jose discovered a lot of mold up in the attic on the inside of the unit. That required a lot more money unfortunately. I wasn’t prepared for that sticker shock. He suggested two UV lights to prevent future mold from growing. Since the job was already way more than I was expecting I opted for just one. The downstairs unit also needed the extensive cleaning and he recommended a uv light for that one, but opted no to the uv light downstairs for now because of the price.
