Awful "after the sale" customer service. I have no complaint about the cabinets. They're exactly what we wanted. However, when the installer started installing the cabinets, several things were missing . . . door hardware, corner trim and crown molding . A door was obviously shipped with two gouges that had been finished and shipped. We contacted our dealer and he started the dialog with Procraft. They sent out the door hardware and a door that was damaged within a week. But, it turned out that the crown molding was on backorder. I guess they thought we wouldn't notice. Four weeks later (and our installer on hold), the crown molding was finally received. Fast forward five days and they've still not shipped the crown molding or the corner trim and we received a note from our dealer

If this company's name is ever mentioned by me as a recommendation it will be followed by the horrible experience we had. The main issue was how non-responsive the sales team were. We had to practically beg them to take our $10-15k to redo our kitchen. We wanted Procraft to do the work upon first getting a recommendation to go to them and came ready to pay upfront & schedule the appointment because they came highly recommended from our contractor. The first sales agent we worked with, Jennifer, didn't return ANY calls or emails from me. We stopped by the store twice to speak to her, she kept saying she had to work up a model and would get back to us. Thirty days passed...........thirty complete days of follow-up by email and telephone and stopping by the store. We even asked another sales

The cabinets are surprisingly made well. To my knowledge, they only sell flat pack cabinets that you have to assemble yourself. Please check with the great sales staff to make sure of all of her offerings. Anyway you go I highly recommend checking into Procraft if you are shopping for new cabinets.

I've always had a great experience with pro craft. Dennis has helped us with numerous projects. We are always happy with the quality and service.

First off I like their cabinets are really good quality, but their customers services and their shipping are horribly bad. I only order from them 5 times and every time there was something wrong with it. This last time it took me over 2 months to get 3 cabinets. They even shipped my cabinets to Atlanta warehouse so I can pick them up and when I got there half of my order was there so I had to keeping calling the for days just to get my cabinets. One other time they wouldn't shipping them so I had to pay one of my employees to go get them and rent a truck. Witch I loss over $1000 on that job because of that. My employees had to sit there for hours and the women said you better check it because I bet you somethings missing from your order.( Witch my employee only new to check)
