I hired Tom Bartusis / ProCrete for a wall, staircase, drainage, and backfilling project. Several materials I paid for were not delivered, and the work was left unfinished after deposits were taken. A second licensed contractor evaluated the project and confirmed that portions of the wall and stairs will need to be demolished and rebuilt due to improper installation. Tom has operated under multiple business names, including Classic Concrete and Pyramid Concrete Construction, which appear to have similar reviews from other customers.
