Proctor's Quality Siding

Paid $16K for a Tin Roof. This roof supposedly comes with a "lifetime" warranty. Within 8 years, the trim was hanging down. I called Proctor several times and left messages. No one picked up the phone or returned my calls. Considering he has "Quality" in his company's name one would expect better customer service. I'm in the process of filing an official complaint with the NC licensing board.

NO CALL, NO SHOW TWICE Proctor's came and installed new gutters and wrapped behind them. I liked the work they did, so I asked them to come back and wrap the gables. Cliff, the owner, gave me a price and said he would come back the next Friday. I waited around all day. Left a voicemail and sent a text. The owner, Cliff, never bothered to contact me. My wife got in touch with him, giving him the benefit of the doubt. He never apologized, just said he had other jobs. Cliff told my wife he would be by on that Friday at 8 am. Again, no call, no show.

Installed gutters on our boathouse. First rain and gutters leaked at an inside corner. Have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks to have it fixed. Will not answer the phone or return phone calls. Will never use again.

Very impressed with this company. I had to have gutters installed on a house I recently bought and needed them done before hurricane Florence hit. Cliff came out the NEXT day after I called and got the job done before the storm. Would highly recommend!

Cannot and will not recommend this business. If you need siding or windows installed, find another business. The business owner is dishonest and unreliable. Our experience with this business has been nothing but negative.
