Run, stay away from this company unless of course you're a landlord. My landlord hired this company for a mold inspection. The inspector left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. He didn't take any physical samples, which surprised me since I showed him Mushrooms growing on the wood, and some type of Black plant that had grown out of the pipe in my kitchen. He took numerous pictures, but they were in my opinion, what I had in my apartment. Then when I received the report, it said there was no need for remediation. WHAT!!! I almost had a coronary. 4 months later I hired my own inspector and the same issues were present and the results were very different. The plant in the kitchen testing as Active growing. Thank goodness for this knowledgeable AMAZING company hands down !! Our home had a huge leak which went down 3 floors of our home on a holiday weekend . Sadly our house had substantial water damage, asbestos and mold . The company was knowledgeable as to what to do , how to do it and did it !Procyon is fast , professional, efficient and reliable. Have no idea how this company could have all five star reviews. Was totally ripped off. I didn’t know anything about mold assessment until I looked it up after I paid. I said I was concerned about hidden mold above the ceilings and below a floor in addition to visible mold. He did not use a moisture meter, boroscope, thermal camera or any tools to confirm or deny this. He only took an air sample and sample from visible mold. I will have to pay someone else to do this job over.

Procyon is a fantastic company. Had water damage and mold in my den & basement. They have a great staff. My house looks brand new. The owner Thomas has a keen eye for style and his staff implements it perfectly. They are efficient, hard working, pleasant & talented. Highly recommend Procyon for anyone with water or mold issues.
