From start to finish my experience with ProEdge has been nothing but outstanding. The sale's representative, Patrick, explained the quality of the windows, the lifetime warranty, a family owned business and the windows are made in Rhode Island, USA. I am looking forward to a lower heating bill! The carpenter, Eric, took measurements for 8 windows on another day, placed the order, and the windows were here a few weeks sooner than expected. The 2 men and installation team installed all eight windows in one day. They were amazing. Very respectful and cleaned throughout the entire process. They treated my home with care, leaving everything spotless when the job was done. ProEdge replaced my 8 large (and old) single pane sliders with handsome double insulated glass units. The new windows look excellent, fit perfectly, were installed quickly and very professionally. The energy savings will be significant. And, all 8 are covered by a lifetime warranty, which is transferable to the next owner. Takeaway? My porch got a terrific visual upgrade and increased usability- I’m a happy camper.

Absolutely the best workmenship! We had a slider replaced with a window and a new slider put in.Treats the house repair ( windows and sliding door) as if they were putting the windows in their own home. BTW GREAT WINDOWS Left everything cleaner than when they came! Thanks Alex! Blessings sent!

Beau and Beck were both pleasant and knowledgeable. Beau told me about ProEdge - their ownership, timely and “no hassle” customer responses, lifetime warranty (especially important) on all aspects of their windows, quality assurance, reliability, and much more! Most importantly, he stressed the importance of my comfort with the cost and progress of the project. They too, were very patient with my noisy parrot since there was no quiet place to escape to in my small house!

Zim and Mike were incredible. Went above and beyond to repair issues with leaks due to ice damming for the sake of customer satisfaction. The craftsmanship was amazing. The way we were treated was amazing. Very happy I chose this company for my roof. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.
