Professional Building Maintenance

My 36 year old ducts got bumped by a workman a few weeks ago and started spitting nasty, thick, black "dust" all over my master closet & master bedroom. The other rooms were also affected, but not quite as bad. I called Professional Building Maintenance (PBM) to clean out my house ducts and my dryer ducts. Mario and Jocelin did a fantastic job. Mario kept me informed as he went along, which was very much appreciated. He was very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I don't have the inside duct pictures yet but I will try to attach them later. The pictures I am attaching show the horrid, thick, black "dust" that spit through my closet & bedroom and the amount of lint Mario got out of my dryer vent... which is the reason is was taking over 2 hours for each normal size load to

Chris was fabulous. Showed up on time (with an in range message beforehand). He took the time to explain every detail of what was proposed and what he did. He also explained thoroughly, and by showing me the areas in person and by photograph what condition the vents and systems were in before the cleaning, and after the cleaning. He never rushed the process and I never felt rushed in understanding what was being done. He and Rob were respectful of our property and of our animals that were curious about what they were doing. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and this crew to anyone.
