Professional Garage Doors

Helped me repair my old door, got me out of my garage when it finally gave up the goat and broke, then ordered and installed a new door this week. 2 yr process...they were patient and efficient. My new door is shiny, whisper quiet, and has transformed the front of my house. Love it!!! Appreciate the service, professionalism of each crew who came to my house, and the end result. Thanks!

They did a good job of installing new springs and also did a temporary repair until the new springs arrived. I am giving a three star rating because they originally gave a phone quote of $450 for the job, then charged $550 on the original invoice. I talked with them about this and they did not remember the $450 phone quote and did not believe that they would have given such a quote. They then reduced the charge to $500. I chose them over other repair businesses because of their lower quote over the phone. Perhaps I should have gotten a written quote, but did not consider this necessary for such a small job. I therefore have mixed feelings about Professional Garage Doors

A while back the springs broke on my garage door. I went there to get them replaced, or at least have some new once ordered. Was immediately met with skepticism, and was told to go home and weigh the door!?!? Went back there and they ordered some springs, I payed for them. It took a while,I had to call them multiple times because they didn't call when they said they would. Finally springs arrived, went to pick them up....wrong springs!. Guy came to the house twice to reweigh the door, supposedly new springs were ordered, but they never called me to let me know if they had arrived. Got the run around on the phone, so I went there in person several times, and 98% of the time the lady at the front desk was not there during business hrs.
