Hello, so my mother hired this handyman, his name is Jose to replace the kitchen lightbulbs and ever since he installed them, a bulb has burned out almost every month. She has tried contacting him for months, but he never answers and the calls go straight to voicemail. When a family member tried calling from a different number, he suddenly picked up, which was very disappointing. My mother then spoke to him using that phone, and he said he would come fix the issue, but he never showed up. This has not been a reliable or trustworthy experience and it has already cost additional money just to keep fixing the same issue.
