Bled our radiant heat system, system worked great for 20 years, then issues after the bleed. Guy from the company said it isn't their problem the moment they walk out the door. Don't expect a warranty.

These guys are a pleasure to work with. With being new to the area we decided to just go with the name on the furnace of the house we bought. That was 12 years ago. Over the course of the last 12 years (and 2 different homes) we have had them install 2 furnaces, 2 central air units, relocate a furnace to a different spot in the basement, and zone heating. They have serviced our outdated units, prior to replacing with new ones, and have always worked to help our old units limp along until we could replace with new units. Their billing has always been upfront and without surprises. This is a family run business to which we have no affiliation to. We appreciate their professionalism and reliability.

Professional Heating and Cooling is just that - professional. They were competively priced, on time, great product and answered all of our questions on a new heating and air conditioning systems for our Kohler townhouse. Did good work but the pricing as super unfair in my opinion. Two weeks later it stills bothers me. My furnace went out. They quickly responded the next day. I ended up paying $699 for an inducer part that is offered at the local plumbing supply outlets for $150-$180. That equals $519 for 37 minutes of labor including travel time to my house and invoice processing time. They get you by charging a fixed $150 diagnostic fee which in this case took no time at all as the problem was immediately spotted when the door was opened. Then they use a national rate service that calculates a standard labor rate for the type of part being installed.
