My wife and I have been homeowners for over 30 years, owning three houses in three cities. For the past 20+ years we have been homeowners in metro Atlanta. We have hired a number of contractors in our day. Professional Home Improvement (PHI) is far and away the best company we have ever worked with. We have (enthusiastically!) shared our experience and recommended PHI to our friends and neighbors. We were motivated to write this review and share our experience more broadly because we remember how much time and effort we invested in finding a company to handle some or (as it has turned out) all of our home remodeling project. We had to replace our 35 year-old shower since it leaked into the floor below. Searching the Internet, we found PHI and were very impressed by reviews from satisfied customers. When meeting with Dennis & Jean, we discussed different options to renovate the entire bathroom to also replace an unused garden tub. They listened to our ideas and made suggestions which gave us a clear vision for the job. We were comfortable selecting their company from the very beginning. Everyone who worked on our renovation was professional and careful with our home, even covering floors and entries to minimize dust and the debris being removed. Dennis, Jean, and their team, especially Florin who is a master at his craft with years of experience and an amazing work ethic, made it as smooth a process as one could hope for. Dennis and Jean work together as a team to make suggestions when asked (not pushy), meet with you to choose materials, know which things work best where, and hire the best contractors for various things. This was the third bathroom remodel for which we used PHI. The first, small just fixture replacement, the second remodel included making a bathroom for an elderly famly member with cognative and movility issues plus creating a small kitchenette. This third one makes every one of the three bathrooms in our 1980's something home modern, roomy and up-to-date. The tiny pre-fab shower had to go. In it's place, with some annexed space from another room, Dennis and his team put a large walk-in shower, it is fully tiled includes new lighting and several shower head options from which to choose.
