In this case the fact that I did not use the termite extermination service is a really good thing. It turned out that I didn't have active termites and they told me so. Most businesses would lie so they could get your business. I trust this company because they were honest with me. We'll definitely use them in the future! They are honest, friendly, professional & did I say honest? They were honest & trustworthy & that to me is more precious than gold in the service industry. I highly recommend them!

I like the responsive and timely phone services of the officers. Also, the professional, detailed and very kind inspector, Kevin is very impressively wonderful. He called 30 minutes before his arrival and did a thorough quality job for the termite & wood damage inspection. The charge is fair as well.
