I just recieved services again today May 14th 2025. And I must say, they did an excellent job. There was a earlier miscommunication due to their phone. But Alison was extremely professional, saw the oversight with my appointment, and quickly fixed it. She apologized for the phone communication mix up, and promptly sent the guys out the next day. I would highly recommend them, noone is perfect but as a business they saw their mistake apologized and corrected it and did an amazing job. Pine straw is nice and clean too.

We ordered a delivery of 20 bales of pine straw. They never showed up or called. I called them to find out where my delivery was and they didn’t answer or return my message. Not at all reliable. Update: Seven months after the fact, the owner wants to say that they don’t deliver to my address (4 miles from them) and no work order was issued. Maybe they need to speak to the woman who took my order over the phone. She told me that there would be no problem with delivering to me and even gave a delivery window of 9:00 am - 10:00 am. It’s still on my phone’s calendar. I don’t just take time out of my busy life to make false claims on the internet. Plus, another customer had a very similar review two months after me. I have no reason to lie…just saying. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Junk. Rubbish. Trash. Inside each bale is moldy old pieces of pine straw and other garbage including moss, leaves, sticks, pine cones the size of grapefruits. The exterior of the bale is nicely presented with long red straw, BUT inside is just not worth the money. At first I thought, what the heck is it with these pine straw merchants? They don't show up. Don't return calls. Don't answer phones. Looks like one has to go to the big landscaping companies and pay through the nose just to get a company to take your money and give you a pile of pine needles. Then I bought from them and will never use them again.

Showed up on time, did quality work, fair pricing, and were pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them. Glad I found them on Google. They lived up to the good reviews others had left.

Scheduled for 2pm. Never called,never came. Don't waste your time. Company is a scam
