I’ve used Professional Plumbing three times so far, and each time I’ve felt really well taken care of. The technicians they have sent have been super efficient and knowledgeable, which makes me feel confident that my problem will be fixed. Walter in particular is just wonderful. Incredibly polite (the kind of polite that would have your grandma send him home with homemade cookies), each time he’s taken the time to show me the broken part and explain why it wasn’t working as it should. Would highly recommend!

I am impressed. My hot water heater went out and a company changed out the gas valve and the power to it and the pilot light would not stay on. Professional came out ut and had the same problem. Fred, now my favorite plumber would not give up. He worked with the manufacturer and had a par overnighted. That also didn’t work and he dug in his heels. He advocated and fought fir me and i now have a new unit because he would not give up.

Awesome service!! Tyler and Cesar were professional and courteous the whole time! Arrived at the scheduled appointment time, quick and efficient. Both were knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Both did not hesitate to go the extra mile in assisting with everything I needed for my recently purchased home. This is a very professional company. They came and gave a reasonable estimate for replacing our garbage disposal, then came back and did the work. The technician, Gilbert, was very courteous, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips for how to keep things working well in the future. I had an easy time scheduling with this company, both for the estimate and the repair work-- didn't need to leave a message. Someone actually answered the phones! I plan to use the company again for future plumbing needs.

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.
