Professional Pool & Spa

I had used Profesional Pool & Spa for 25 years when it was Greg's company. He provided good, reliable service. Apparently he has retired because there seems to be a new owner. They are TERRIBLE! They had to change the name, probably at Greg's insistence, so that nobody confusing this new bunch of stumblebums being confused with the company he had run so efficiently. The chances of the pool service person showing up are about I out of 3, with no explanation and no adjustment of the monthly bill for one weeks less service. Save yourself the grief and having to correct problems they create with improper maintenance. Look somewhere else or you will be sorry! I wish I could post this without any stars but that does not seem to be an option. Buyer Beware of this incompetent herd of nincompoops!

Excellent pool service company!! Consistent cleaning, experienced pool technicians, great price too. I’ve recommended to multiple friends and family, highly recommend!

I have been with PPS for years now,they have been receptive to my needs and have always worked hard to keep my pool sparkling.Iam happy & would recommend.

We also used this company only because the prior owners had used them. Their service was consistently mediocre, and ironically, unprofessional. Happy to be using a different pool service.
