I have used this company 3 times and every time keeps getting better. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my ideas for a bathroom remodel were brought to life. He was always available for me to send a quick text and always had an answer for my many questions. The house is a bit older so some minor, unexpected upgrades were needed and Jason had a team on standby ready to assist. Jason and his entire team were extremely professional, kind and respectful of our house and property. When this house inevitably breaks again, I will definitely call and request Jason.

We have used this company twice and the reason we used them the second time is due to their professionalism and quality of work. Jason does respond timely and is great to work with. His team that did the work for us was great, they showed up on time and the work was done of great quality.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason and he was amazing. The quality of the material and the crew he lined up were amazing. Home remodeling or home repair from a leak is stressful but they will assist you and come up with a plan. I will definitely be using them again as they were professional and respectful to our home. Skylar is polite, responsive, and highly knowledgeable about his industry. He took his time to show us a variety of solutions and discuss those options with us at the PRS showroom. While insurance covered the job, it seemed to be a good value for what was charged, and there was no attempt to create extra work, as I have experienced with other companies. The rest of the folks who came to the house, as well as Lori at the office, were all highly professional, pleasant, and capable. The entire process was amazingly stress-free. We will certainly use PRS again, and recommend that you do as well.

Jason at PRS is the best. He has worked with us on my rental property that was severely damaged by a backed up sewer. He has kept me informed and up to date and walked me through what I need to do for insurance. He has made an extremely stressful situation as painless and stress free as possible.
