The communication was bad from the start and got worse. Never told us they were replacing any roof decking until after they replaced the wood. Because of this lack of communication, we did not know we needed to replace the insulation in the areas where wood was replaced. Now that the roof is done, and even though they've been paid in full, they won't respond to us and tell us where they replaced the wood so we can address the insulation issues in those areas without having to cut holes in ceilings to explore. Truly a shame. Would not recommend.

We called with a very bad leak and they were there the very next morning. They did a temporary repair the roof is over 30 years old and in bad shape. We had bad rains after the repairs and no leaks. We ask for a proposal which we agreed on a price. Within 2 weeks once they got the permit the work was started and completed in a timely manner. Great experience!
