Pro turf will never go near my yard again. After spending months, preparing it for a graduation party. They destroyed it in one application. Feel free to form your own opinion based on the before and after photos. If the review could be negative, I would gladly put it. I called and asked to speak to someone about it and was told well, we will leave a message for the lawn care manager and they’ll get back to you in a week or so. They destroyed my yard five days before the graduation party. I would recommend no one go anywhere near this company. The first two photos are before and the second two photos are after. They absolutely killed my brand new Sod.

I am very disappointed to have to leave this review because we have used proturf for several years and all but one of the techs that we have had have been knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and flexible. That being said, as many other comments have suggested if you ever have a problem don't expect any help or response from management. Earlier this summer I asked for them to come out for a spot treatment because several crab grass spots had popped up in our yard. A different applicator than normal came promptly while we happened to be away from the house. My wife came home with my not yet school age children and saw the safety sign in the grass and so told them to stay in the driveway when they ran out of the garage to play after getting home. HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. We used ProTurf last summer to treat our lawn. We paid in person with cash. A few months ago, I received a 1 day notice that we had a “debt” being sent to collections. I called and explained that I paid in cash… but they had no record of my receipt. Luckily, I kept my own physical receipt and had to PROVE TO THEM that I paid. Mind you, they interrupted my work day calling me about their own issue. I asked if they could accommodate for the inconvenience and they said no. Not to mention, they were always late to schedule treatments and their customer service is awful. Was told I was able to start service two weeks ago. They no-showed. I called back & was told that there guys schedule their own shifts - that I may be able to get started next week. Outside of Jerry (he was great) who came and gave me the estimate, the customer service has been awful. Weeds work on time - they have weeks to be attacked - obviously Pro Turf doesn’t have the same philosophy of working on time. The people leading this company should be embarrassed by the lack of professionalism that “they” show. Jerry is a good guy - Pro Turf otherwise is just another “weed” in the profession. Get your stuff together ProTurf.

We used their services for few years now. Never had issues prior to this year. In fact the tech was so professional last year that he came in and recommended canceling service because we had a neighborhood-wide road works so the lawn was terrible. This is first year that we have only received one application even though pre-paid for 4. The service rep on the phone was super sweet and professional when canceling. Maybe they are having an off year :(
