Professionally Polished

We have a cleaning team at both our home and office. We have used Professionally Polished for a few months now, and have been pleased with the job that the ladies have done. This time around, Tracey and Erica did a fantastic job…above and beyond! Both locations have had a great deal of renovations going on, and as hard as we tried to be sure it was cleaned for the ladies to do what they do best, it was so nice to walk into both locations afterward and the difference was notable! I appreciate the hard work that is done by the team, and would definitely recommend their services!!!!

These ladies went above and beyond to make our move in day awesome. Staying late and kicking butt! They did a great job cleaning and made sure we were happy before they left. Highly recommend. The ladies behind the scenes doing the scheduling and what not, also amazing they were kind and down to earth on the phone and listened to what we needed and totally delivered.

My experience with Professionally polished cleaning services was not professional or polished. It was horrible. I was scheduled for deep cleaning services for my kitchen bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The cleaning ladies worked on my kitchen for 2 hours while discussing inappropriate things like their childhood experiences and passing gas (farting) on the job. I found it to be distasteful and unprofessional but decided to smile and disregard it. They moved items around in my kitchen and didn’t put them back in the places they moved them from. They then proceeded to clean my downstairs bathroom and two bedrooms but did a rushed incomplete job. They came back up in less than 30 mins and began to pack up to leave. When I asked had they completed the job already, one girl stated that they were sched
