Professional and fast at what they do. We remodeled our kitchen and they were able to reroute our sink plumbing to fit the new cabinet. Came one day to turn it off, cut the pipes, and cap them. We installed the new cabinet. They returned another day and rerouted. Added a line to our fridge, and turned our water back on. Now we're in need of some HVAC repairs, so we're giving them a call. Highly recommend.

highly recommend. from service, sales to installation crew..all phases were professional, personable and efficient. had multiple quotes and the PG team was the most detailed, thorough and professional. some investments are not worth compromising on. you need to take every aspect into consideration, they use the best hvac brand and support it with the great service.

Zachary was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and immediately knew what he was looking at. After a thorough check, he quickly identified the issue as a dirty flame sensor, explained exactly what was happening and why the furnace was shutting down, and cleaned it properly. Once that was done, the system fired right up and has been running perfectly since. What really stood out was how confident and knowledgeable he was—no guessing, no upselling, just straight expertise and clear explanations. You can tell Zach genuinely knows his craft and takes pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. Professor Gatsby's has a great technician on their hands.

10/10 RECOMMEND! My electric meter needed to be replaced. My entire home had no power at all! Kelsey in customer service was able to get me a next day emergency appointment. She even sent her electrician manager! Dylan was phenomenal! He was super friendly and throughly explained why my meter went bad & the proper steps to fix it. Once he quoted me a final price, he left to grab some parts, returned and got to work right away! He is super detailed and can tell he’s been doing this for years! He even walked me through the process of contacting the city & Atlantic City Electric to get my power turned back on. Dylan was super efficient and left the area spotless! I will definitely be calling Gatsby for any future projects! GREAT customer service, GREAT prices, and EXCELLENT service!

By far the BEST experience I’ve had dealing with any Electric/HVAC company like this. Candace & Kelsey in customer service were awesome! They are so friendly and caring! Dylan was by far our biggest blessing! He was phenomenal! He’s such an experienced tech who cares all around. He fixed our meter within a few hours & went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend this company, ESPECIALLY the 3 employees who helped us!
