I called Proficient Plumbing and Heating after having read the glowing remarks about their company. I was surprised that an actual person answered the phone. After explaining the work we needed done, I was told that someone could come out the same day to not only give an estimate, but if the price was satisfactory, the work would proceed immediately. I was given a 3 hour window, but would receive a call when they were en route. They actually called! AJ arrived, checked out what we needed done, and proceeded to give us a price. We approved and he did the work needed in a very friendly and efficient manner. When he was done, the site was was cleaned up. We are extremely satisfied with both AJ and the company. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From my initial call with Hillary to the service performed by AJ, the entire process was smooth and professional. When you call, you can immediately tell they genuinely want to help. I especially appreciate Hillary arranging a next-day appointment for me — that level of responsiveness truly stands out. AJ replaced two toilets for me, and his workmanship was outstanding. He was personable, took his time, and clearly takes pride in his work. What impressed me most was that he thoroughly cleaned up before leaving — something many companies unfortunately overlook. I highly recommend Proficient Plumbing to any friends or family members and will absolutely be using them again for future plumbing needs. Thank you for such a great experience!

The whole experience was great! The plumber arrived within the time frame he had set! He was so helpful, explaining what was occurring and possible resolutions. He completed the work in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the results. We were very pleased with every aspect of this visit. Would definitely recommend using this company!

After the crazy low temperatures and frozen pipes yesterday, thousands of customers in the area were without water (myself included for over 36 hours). In the middle of that chaos, Proficient Plumbing showed up and showed out! I called yesterday in hopes of getting someone out ASAP. After being wait-listed, Shannon called first thing this morning to follow up, which alone meant so much when everyone is stressed and scrambling. She worked hard to make it happen and managed to slot me in for a late appointment tonight, knowing I’d been without water for a long stretch. That level of care and follow-through alone is rare. We had pipes freeze and break in our baseboard heating system and we had no heat. First thing that Proficient Plumbing did that no one else did was they showed up. They were only company that kept their word and came out and we had called a few before getting their number. The women that handle the phone calls are angels. They're super sweet and so understanding. Everything from the initial call to the moment Scott came out to assess the damage ran smoothly and got done as fast as possible.
