My family has been using Progressive for many years. They are always so accommodating and reliable. Their cleaning teams always do a thorough and precise job. We appreciate their care for my mother, who has health issues. They go above and beyond to make sure they get it right.

TLDR: Consistently overprices for its services. I have used this service twice in the past. On both occasions, I expressly noted that I only wished for part of the house to be cleaned, and was consistently quoted higher prices (for the full house) until I followed up to clarify it was only a partial cleaning. Recently, when I attempted to request another service, I was again quoted a significantly higher price than I had paid the prior two times. When I tried to get an explanation for the higher price, they refused to provide an explanation and and merely said that the quote would not reflect the final price. Although I simply wanted to know how the quote had been calculated, they refused to provide additional information and asked me to find a different service.

This was my first time using this company, as i am dissatisfied with the service provided. My TV stand was not dusted, my bathroom shelves not clean in none of my 4 bathrooms, towel holders not clean as well as a few other things i observed.Im Very upset because I paid the invoice 5 min after i received it. When i got home from work and started observing the service i paid for. I called Jason and shared some of my concerns as he stated he will call me back. As of now, nothing. The payment went through and that's the end of that. “Do not use this company unless you are home to micromanage.

Progressive Cleaning does an excellent job! I am always completely satisfied. From the first contact booking an appointment, through the appointment itself, and even after the work has been completed, they are very responsive, timely, and communicative. The company will call while the cleaning is ongoing to advise if additional time is needed to seek approval. It’s very pleasurable to work with such a reliable company with people who are really great at what they do. I am thrilled every time! Thank you Progressive Cleaning! I really appreciate you!

This was the second time I used Progressive for a one time deep clean. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of scheduling and payment and then the professionalism and high quality work from the team. I will continue to use them going forward!
