Progressive Lighting

If you’re thinking of ordering from this company… don’t! (For context, this is the first negative review I have ever left, but I do not want others to go through what I am going through) I ordered two fans on July 4 and only received one. I’ve contacted them over 25 times via phone, email, and social media. Each time, I get the same empty promise from Robin or their Instagram account—that the missing fan is “in transit” and they’ll send me a tracking number. As of August 26, I still have not received the fan, a refund, or any meaningful response. They simply do not call back or reply to emails. I’ve been patient, but at this point, they’ve taken my money and failed to deliver. Save yourself the frustration—do NOT order from this company. (Attached: screenshots of my repeated attempts

Purchased 5 semi-flushed lighting and when I received my order it was incorrect. Only 1 out of 5 were correct. I returned it to the local store at the Sugarloaf location. Purchased 5 additional semi-flushed lighting. When unpacking the box, I discovered that the mounting kit was missing. Contacted the store and they advised me that I would have to drive back out there to get this corrected.

Could not get anyone to sell us a light. Tried once in person, then called on the phone to try to see if the light was in stock, but never got a call back. Called again on a Friday and the person told me she could maybe have someone get back to me by Tuesday of the next week? I said I can order on Amazon and have it here Monday.... she said Ok. So, trying to still keep our business local, my wife went back into the store and asked again. She talked to someone at the desk who, again, told her no one was available to help her. She waited a few minutes and finally went over to a couple of people standing around at the other desk and they looked it up for her. It was out of stock, but they said they could have it brought in from another store... but it would be a week. They advertise delivery

This location is the distribution center. They do not sell lights here.

Best lighting in the south good prices and excellent customer service. Recommend 100%...
