Nic reached out to me right after my service request phone call. He showed up 15 minutes later. Handed me a reasonable estimate in 10 minutes. Pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He and David returned 3 days later and installed a completely customized garage door rail system separate from my actual garage doors so I could hang my indoor golf simulator projection screen. EXACTLY what I wanted. So if a garage rail system meets your need, you don’t have to limit it to just a garage door for these guys!! Thanks!

Nic Smith of ProLift Garage Doors is the absolutely the best. His customer service is excellent. This is my 2nd service call- my garage door wouldn’t close due to ice buildup. He arrived within 1 hour of my call, communication was great as he let me know when he was 20 minutes away. Mr. Nic Smith did a wonderful job replacing the broken springs and faulty end bearings in our garage door. He was a pleasure to work with, as he sent me a text in advance to his arrival, which was most helpful; he arrived promptly, took time to evaluate the whole system, gave honest recommendations to keep the cost affordable with a long lasting repair, answered all my questions and even provided maintenance tips. I needed a new garage door spring system as the old one broken and older than time itself it seemed. Nic Smith stopped by and was able to get us a new torsion spring system installed in an hour.
