My name is Barb Shellenberger. I own a building in the lower Yakima Valley that includes 3 apartments and 2 businesses. Mark repaired the ceiling fluorescent lighting in my home office in Yakima, replacing a ballast to stop the flickering/outage and bringing light back into my work space! He was able to respond within a very reasonable time frame, exhibited a high level of professional skills and knowledge.
