We had been years long customers of this company, loyal. We had spent thousands of dollars to this business. We recently had a new motor installed by the company, which just stalled. I called to ask them to come, they said that their technician would be there from 11 AM to 1 PM yesterday. Not only did they not show up, but nobody interacted or communicated to tell us they could not make it. This resulted in our location being very unsafe. I called the owner of the company to let him know that this behavior was unprofessional. Further, the owner had tried constantly to ask leading questions so that I would eventually say that it was not due to the motor, stalling, so that he would not have to cover it under warranty. John came to our home to evaluate our old garage door, which we were considering replacing, and to discuss adding an electric garage door opener. He was honest and straightforward, explaining that our existing door was still in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced. Instead, he recommended installing the opener and adding a new door seal to eliminate gaps along the floor. The entire team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company!
