Gil and Promax have been nothing short of spectacular! My previous pool maintenance company was doing a horrible job of maintaining my pool, and they were terrible at communication. My pool kept turning green, and then I contacted Gil who immediately identified the problem, came within a day and texted me with updates and the pool became clear in an instant. I love his professionalism, honesty, and especially the way he communicated which is rare to find in pool maintenance companies. I strongly recommend him and will be using his services moving forward!

Promax has been great. Gil is kind and professional. I have used Promax for short term pool care while I was away traveling and to clean my pool filter a couple of times a year. Gil and his team are great. I tried managing my own pool for almost a year, and it was hit or miss. Promax saved me a ton of time and energy and allowed me and my family to just enjoy the pool. When things broke on the pool, he would repair them for me quickly. He was knowledgeable and efficient. His prices are reasonable too. I was spending almost the same amount on chemicals and materials to maintain the pool myself. And when we had those torrential rains a couple years ago, and my pool almost breached the sides, I called Gil. Gil himself made a special visit to come drain my pool so it wouldn’t overflow. The only reason we don’t use Promax anymore is because we moved to a house without a pool. If I ever have a pool again, I’m calling Gil and Promax Pool Service.
