We had a great experience with Promega Marble & Granite for our quartz kitchen countertop installation. From the very beginning, communication was clear, responsive and easy which made the whole process stress free. Even with a snowstorm during the project, they completed everything within a week, which was faster than we expected, ahead of scheduled, and they kept us updated the entire time. Promega was absolutely fantastic from the beginning to end. Their design expert helped me select options that blended seamlessly with my older home. Once my deposits were paid, Tony had his team out within two days. Promega did granite countertops and backsplash. Before/after pics shown.

Service was excellent from start to finish! The quality of the work performed was superb, they were responsive to all questions/concerns, they proceeded in a timely and professional manner, was cognizant of my schedule, pricing was competitive, and above all they were able to complete the entire project (I did not have to use five or six different contractors for my project), and it was finished on schedule. I had Promega install marble floor, vanity and brushed gold fixtures, and lighted mirror in my powder room. In my laundry room, they furnished and installed three wall cabinets, one base cabinet, quartz with a waterfall edge over my washer/dryer and base cabinet, and a quartz backsplash from the countertop to the base of the wall cabinets.

In search of new countertops, I stopped by Promega Marble & Granite. Gisam greeted me and showed me around. Ten minutes later, a particular countertop caught my eye. It had a little bit of sparkle to it. Two hours later, Tony was at my home to measure and provide a free estimate. The estimate was so reasonable there was no hesitation; this was a done deal!
