Staff is nice but management is terrible, there is a leak from the supermarket above that will stain your car and the roof my sedan was damaged twice from the parking lifts. First time they fixed it at no cost but did a terrible job, second time I got a quote from a reputable auto shop but they only offered to cover a small fraction of it or have it repaired by them again.

This place is comically bad for a parking garage even as one of the cheaper ones in the area, it's not worth it let me tell you why: Your car will get damaged - there's no question about it. The garage is ridiculously small and they jam pack it with cars so the staff will regularly have to move your car to retrieve others. Mine was damaged and they took over 8 months to fix it and took it to a different STATE to fix, then later said they weren't responsible for the half a tank of gas and toll charges spent. Their website is OLD and I mean MySpace 2004 kind of old. It regularly crashes, barely works on mobile, and sometimes won't take your payment. And when you're late? Made a reservation with SpotHero, and come there to here they were full and had already charged me even though I paid, not sure how you take a reservation if already full, and staff was not very nice.

Dishonest, rude, and disgusting to do business with. Do not park here monthly. It is a major headache. The staff on site are extremely friendly, however, the management will try to overcharge you and extract every penny possible. I would rather pay a parking ticket to the city than ever deal with this business again. Oh, and to top it all off, you can only access your car at certain times! They don't pay for 24/7 staff, so hopefully you don't come home after 9pm....
