Never ever park here. The guy was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. We booked through spothero and go a deal for $12.50 and paid on the app. Our spot ended at 8 and we showed up at 7:42. There was an error with the payment. Spothero said we paid and it was confirmed on our bank statement but it was not showing up in the parking garages system. The attendant was so rude and we had to call spot hero help. We waited about 10 minute on hold and while it was approaching 8pm the guys told us we’re not releasing the car until you pay and if it goes past 8pm we will charge you another 26$ for the hour. Like dude, we were here so early there’s an error in your system and we are current on hold with the company, there is no reason to be rude. He would not release the car for a time prior to 8pm or w

If you're a pretty girl you'll be fine. If you're a guy and get there before the pretty girls, you'll wait half hour till they help all 5 of them and incoming customers before they get your car. Understaffed, disorganized, basic.

Been using their monthly service for a few weeks now and the guys are great. Timely, quick turnaround, and they’re all nice and helpful. Huge improvement from my previous garage, and better priced.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but this needs to be addressed. 1. I saw a total of $25 for a customer stay and because she was giving cash he told her it was $30 and I saw the screen say $25 2. My car wasn’t even 1 week on the market road and I bring it to the garage and left with a scratch on it and it’s a brand new car. 3. Someone went into my credit cards and stole my Amazon credit card and charged it 2 places in Harlem. I will think twice before bring my vehicle here again. I parked here numerous times prior and never had a problem so I’m unsure what has happened, but I rather park somewhere else than go here.

I live across the street and the alarm rings CONSTANTLY as long as they are open, so roughly 6am to 10pm. I’m losing my mind. The only way to have peace is to use noise cancelling headphones or not be home. Nightmare neighbor. I’ve also parked my car here. Fine rates, decent wait time to get your car. Nothing special.
