Parking is clean and roomy, so far my car has not been hit or scratched there? But I must say be careful using your credit card, I used my card there a few times and every time I use my card I immediately check the balance, just to make sure I haven't been over charged, no matter where I go, I look at my statement one day and I see a charge of $121.00 from the Parking lot, I call the town office and they tell me the vendors said they didn't collect the money (which was false) like I said I check my statement all the time and after every transaction according to my statement they took money out, so I went back and forth and the young lady at the town office tried to help,but I still never received the the extra money they took from me.

Wish I saw the earlier reviews. Parked in the garage after paying 130 dollars for the month and recieved a 60 dollar summons from the South Orange police. Phone Number on building is not in service. Google phone number goes straight to voice mail. No one has responded to my emails. All I can do is issue a reverse on my card. How fraudulent can you be???

Terrible, the automatic monthly withdraw doesn’t work so I’m constantly getting emails and calls to pay a balance. Then my card was deactivated by some glitch and it takes way too long to enter and exit the garage now since I have to use the call button. What exactly am I paying for?

Awful and unreliable. Never again!! Had to leave my car stuck in a parking garage because of the stupid app. And no one to help.

Customer services will not get back to you in a timely matter. Recieved a court order for unlawful parking after purchasing a monthly parking permit. And after would not let me sign back into my account
