We contacted David at Property Pros after a tree fell on our roof and broke through the shingles, decking, and several trusses on one side of the house. We called on short notice because we were concerned about additional damage from wind and rain while waiting for insurance to process our claim. He came to our home the same day and removed debris from the damaged area, created a temporary frame, and put up a sturdy plywood and tarp cover over the hole. It has naturally taken several weeks to move through the insurance process, and the work that David did has been extremely durable even in the face of additional wind and rainstorms. David did such a fantastic job I was amazed with the work, I need my basement finished for the kids and David came out gave me a price. I Highly Recommend Property Pro's LLC. Don't call anyone else. I am selling my house and had to get it inspected prior to selling. The inspector found multiple things I had to get fixed before I could close on selling it. I called Property Pro's and David came out and gave me an estimate which was $850 less than any of the other estimates i got. I explained that I only had a short time til the closing day to have all these repairs done and he worked so hard even working thru the night a couple of nights and worked day and night and got everything finished and it all passed inspection. GREAT service! We had a pretty big Wood Gazebo with a metal roof that was kinda difficult to put together and we called Smith family contractors. he came right out the same day and got right to work. Once it was finished we were very happy with the final product. Very respectful and great price We will be calling this Company for other projects in the future
