Property Pros

I used Property Pros to gut, remodel, and expand an original bathroom in my 1950s ranch home. It was a somewhat complicated project because of the age and location of the original bath within my home, the changes I wanted to make, and the extremely small space, tight utilities, etc. I consulted with Pro Cabinets (their sister company) on the design work, but a friend ended up doing the design for me. I still purchased almost everything through Pro Cabinets because of the combined labor and materials warranties. That was a selling point for me. Marcus and team were responsive, dependable, friendly, and professional from the initial walkthrough all the way to the end of the project. I felt comfortable with everyone who came through my home. When faced with having to take a cold shower and a holiday weekend approaching, Marcus, Ross and their team had me up and running with a new water heater in a day! They did some other work for me previously (adding an outlet, hooking up gas line for new stove) that was also exceptional, which is why I am a repeat customer!

This company does great work. They were always on time and everyone involved got back to us right away and answered any questions we had. The office staff, the carpenters, the painters, the owner, were always happy to help us and explain what they were going to do. A special thanks to the painters, Brian and Dan, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. All of the work was done in a professional manner. Thank you to the carpenters also. This company made a stressful rehab easier. We will definitely use them again!
