Propertyworx built us a new one-car garage in 2021. We were quite pleased with their work. Part of the flashing on the roof pulled away within 3-4 months. They came out promptly and fixed it. Now, 3 1/2 years later, the rest of the flashing has pulled away. I contacted them and they replied quickly but then gave me the runaround for several weeks and finally went silent despite my repeated reminders. It seems they have no intention of repairing their defective work. I give them 4 stars for the original work and 1 star for their followup.

Today we finally got back home from vacation just to find our car buried in snow at the airport. I saw one of your guys zipping around like a pro plowing the parking lots and I flagged him down and asked him for help and he was quick to lend a hand. After he got us unstuck we just kind of watched him for a minute and I have no idea how that guy just moved in between cars and never even got close! Not only was he helpful and super professional but what that guy can do on that loader thing was super cool to watch! Definitely got us interested in looking into you guys for long term services, I think he said his name was Mike.

This snow storm has been horrible this weekend and after all the chaos my kids and I were making our last stop at Home Depot when my car got stuck! So very thankful for Michael (I think that was his name, super tall tatted guy) from property worx! Not only did he help me and my two kids get my car unstuck but he was super nice and not too bad to look at either 😉 On a serious note; I’m a single mom with three kids and didn’t have anyone close by I could’ve called. If it weren’t for him I probably would’ve had to leave my car there until spring lol 😅

Had an absolutely great group of guys (Everett, Lance and Colin) come and work their a$$ off over a weekend to help me meet my deadline for the Gallia County Jail project. Extremely hard workers and made the project look fantastic. Went from a muddy mess to a great looking building, literally, overnight. Can't say enough good things about this company and these guys.

I just came here to rave about one of your employees, my 73 yo grandmother just flew back from visiting my great aunt in Florida (yes we are all sad she didn’t take us with her too) and couldn’t stop going on about the “hunk” that helped her get her car out at the airport.
