I have used ProSource through the years and they have been ok but I have to give them this bad review because I sent a client to their showroom, they picked out a luxury vinyl plank floor. when I order the materials for the job I specifically asked for matching transitions. they gave me a stair nose that didn't look anything like the flooring. I had to make one up in my shop and go back out to install it . this cost my 4 hours of labor. then they had the nerve to not except a photo of the floor with the stair nose as proof that the transition was incorrect. they wanted me to drive it all the way back to there shop and lose another 2 hours. I am still getting billed for this product. very unprofessional and I have not sent my clients to Prosource of Lancaster ever since.

Seriously if you don't find flooring or tile your not looking hard enough. ProSource has such a variety of options along with the customer service that is next to none. Everything in one stop shopping for your DIY project or an installation expert. Located along Grayson Rd. Harrisburg Pa. just east of Sam's Club. Don't just shop Home Depot or Lowe's and settle for their products because you'll regret it later. ProSource have the options and great prices. Your finished area will amaze people for years to come.

Great customer service and selection. Even went above and beyond to make sure I received my tile in a timely manner so my family member could come home from a hospitalization. Thank you! We’ll be back when we start our other bathroom.
