If you need new flooring do yourself a favor and go to Prosource and ask to work with Melissa and Nicole. The best possible service!! Melissa took such good care of us. Went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Love love the end result.

This store has hundreds if not thousands of choices. Thanks to Melissa Madden, she was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and help us design are floor plan with the perfect tile layout. Her ideas were spot on! She was very patient with us, listening to our ideas and then directing us to make a great decision. At first when going to Prosource Ocala, it looks overwhelming because they have EVERYTHING! I worked with Melissa and she was the most knowledgeable person and listened to me and found the perfect floor for my master bedroom. They even let you take samples home to check to see if the products work. The entire experience was easy and they gave me the names of contractors that they work with. I will be having my floors done in 2 weeks by a 5 star installer as well.
