Jennifer was outstanding in helping me pick the perfect runner for my stairs. She knew exactly what I wanted. She was patient while I pondered many options and came back to the first in the end - which she found! I trust her completely. She worked within my budget. Also, the installer (Russ, who was recommended by Jennifer) was fantastic. He was super creative, artistic, and meticulous with how he pieced together the complicated patten on my stairs and landing. He was fairly priced.

Nick Maney was fantastic to work with. I could not be happier with my custom Fabrica and Masland wool rugs and Provenza flooring. He followed up with the flooring installers to make sure they had what they needed and made sure my installation went smoothly. Good experience until things happened. They talked us out of returning the bellow damaged flooring. We ended up being in good faith and spend the extra time using these for different trims. When we ended up returning boxes they hit us with 30% restocking fee and 65$ freight. We should have just returned the damage boxes under warranty amd make it their problem. Lessons learned, this business will not do you any favors.

Jeff is excellent to work with. Very informative, and understands how to meet people at their level of understanding. Once we made a decision, the ordering process was simple and the products were delivered faster than expected.
