Unresponsive to emails and no one directly picks up the phone for direct phone calls. If you leave a voicemail the likelihood of it being returned is unlikely. Specifically for commercial department.
This is one the most reputable and consistent commercial waterproofing companies in the DMV. A go to subcontractor for several decades!
This company left my car covered in dust and dirt. I didnt even get an apology. Just an offer to wait for 10 minutes during my busy day for someone to come with an air blower to blow it all off. They also leave the work area a mess after leaving site.
