I want to start by recognizing the positives. We began the process of having our cabinets and counters redone in June 2025. We were impressed with Prostone’s wide variety of options, fair pricing, and especially the communication and design support we received from Dave. Our installation took place in mid-July. While the installers needed to return a few times to make adjustments, that wasn’t a major issue — the installation team was professional, courteous, and skilled. The problem: A key part of our design included a large pantry cabinet, along with a custom-sized cabinet next to the refrigerator. On the very first day of installation, I noticed that these cabinets looked noticeably different from the mockup design, blueprint, and even the spec sheets provided by the manufacturer (Spr

During the process, he always is very helpful and will give his professional advice in picking out whatever countertop cabinets to complement your style his staff and the people that work with him are exceptional each and every time I have worked with David I have been 150% satisfied and if there is ever any issues, you feel so comfortable to bring them directly to him and he will work them out.
