The technician that came to do the two repairs I had needed was named Ivan and he was incredibly professional, polite, and very very knowledgeable. He was so careful to ensure that everything was neat and clean and in perfect order when he was done. Everything was done even faster than what was estimated and at a lower cost. I highly recommend using them for any and all of your appliance repair needs!

My refrigerator went out and I was needing help! I called Protech, Michael came out and was so pleasant. Got right to work, my fridge gave him a lot of problem but he hang in there and would not give up and fixed the fridge. If you need a great tech that is willing to find a solution call Michael. If I could give 6 stars I would. Ivan and his assistant were wonderful. I called Protech Appliance Repair this morning and they were the only appliance repair company that could come out Today to look at my dryer .. they arrived on time, assessed it, went to get parts and then came back and fixed it all within an hour. They also took my door apart and cleaned it. Price was very reasonable for same day service. They were very kind, and knowledgeable, professional and repaired my dryer door quickly ..they inspired confidence and trust as well which is difficult to find today.. I have found my new appliance repair company.. would recommend them to anyone ..

Very professional company. Extremely satisfied with the technician Behruz. He did a great job taking care of our glass stove top that was damaged by a guest at one of our cabins. It’s very hard to find in this area companies that you can trust. Will definitely recommend.
