I received an incredibly reasonable quote and experienced the highest level of service from start to finish. Jhonny and the whole crew from Protecta were so professional, kind and energetic. They did more than just replace my shingles. I needed flat roof sections to be connected to the pitched roofs on two separate structures and honestly I couldn’t figure out how it could be done. There were multiple angles that had to be connected and sealed in, and these guys made it all happen without any need for me having to question a thing. Their workmanship exceeded all my expectations. I now have a beautiful roof that will last me years and didn’t break the bank. I also never felt pressured by the sales tactics that other companies use to try to get you to sign with them before you have the time to make an educated decision, and I really appreciated that. He was open about the whole process, clear on what would need to be done, and communicated with me from start to finish. The crew that came out to preform the work were punctual, friendly, and hard working. The job was completed in the time frame that was quoted to me, and at a very reasonable price.
