I had a fantastic experience with Protective Solutions! My son and I were feeling unwell, and after some investigation, we discovered mold in our home, likely from the AC. George and his partner came out to assess the situation and were incredibly professional throughout the process. They thoroughly cleaned everything, and I can already tell a huge difference in the air quality in our house. I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with mold issues.

We used protective solutions for our kitchen restoration after water damage and they did an excellent job. They didn't even need to remove the counter top after receiving several overpriced quotes from other companies insisting that the cabinets absolutely had to come off. Tom came over to take measurements and estimates. He was so friendly and courteous. The process to remodel was initially supposed to take about 2 weeks but they had the cabinets ready in less than a week and the installation done in about a day and some change. There were some minor issues we had with the toe kick but they sent someone over to fix them immediately. Bonnie was lovely to speak to throughout the process.

My experience with Protective Solutions was excellent! I like the fact that they are a family-owned business that has been around for over 20 years. I have worked with other Mold Remediation companies in the past that were part of large corporations or franchises, and there is a HUGE difference when working with a family-owned business. Absolutely NO COMPARISON. Bonnie, who runs the office, was very helpful & knowledgeable. It’s a nice experience when you deal with nice people! We are very happy with the service that Protective Solutions performed for us today. They did an amazing job with cleaning our vents, a/c handler and dryer vent. George was the head of the crew and an amazing young man. The guys were very polite, cared about the job they were here to do. Very neat and when finished the house was better than when they arrived.
