Not happy with the services. Gary missed a lot of stains on the carpet. The carpet also had a lot of small things on it that is typically not around after a thorough carpet clearing. I called Gary about the spots after and he hold me those spots wouldn’t come out. It didn’t seem like that was the case to me so I put stain remover on some of the spots and they came right out. I sent a message to Gary explaining this to him and after several calls and texts haven’t heard back. You would think that he would have called back or stood by his services however that wasn’t the case. So I am leaving feedback to prevent future possible frustration for someone else.
Absolutely blown away by this company! Responsive, prompt, fair pricing, thorough work, kind and very professional! My carpet looks, feels, and smells SUPER clean!
Excellent job. Many stains removed. Carpet and tile looks incredible. I would recommend.
