ProTrust Water Damage Restoration

I called David today to solve a wet wall problem that is beginning to mold. I am a real estate broker in Northern Virginia and this is the fourth time since 2014 I am calling upon him. Before discovering his company, First Priority USA, I used several other disaster remediation companies. David Novello in my opinion, based on 20 years experience real estate broker, having strong property management division, is outstanding at his business. This review is so long overdue, but First Priority USA & owner David were amazing! We had a defective master shower install which was holding water behind the walls and the white tile was even changing color. David was so incredibly helpful and came out right away did full inspection revealing water was completely saturating the ceramic tile and the start of mold forming. He was always so nice and so responsive to questions (and I had tons), and I am a huge health freak and David was so very knowledgeable about the proper procedures of remediation and removal is also very health conscious as well so I was completely confident they would do a great job on the removal, which his crew did. We cannot say enough wonderful things about David and his team at First Priority. We discovered, before a basement reno, that there was a serious mold issue and our contractors recommended a company they had worked with. To make a long story short, the other company never contained the area (didn't seal with plastic or cover the vents) before demo so blew mold spores all over our house. David was profoundly empathic about the situation and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me educating me about air scrubbers and how to manage the unsafe situation, even though his schedule was full and we couldn't hire him. We had a flood that started in the kitchen and went to basement, I found David Novello through a friend recommendation in facebook. He showed up less than 2 hours of my call to our home. They started the restoration process very soon after. First Priority is a highly professional group who made effort to make the clean-up as quick and painless, yet as thorough as possible.  They are prompt, courteous and very efficient.
